As the items are made to measure we cannot refund an item due to it being the wrong size. We urge our customers to have a look at our size guide to make sure you measure yourselves correctly before purchasing an item.
If you require alterations, new sizes or exchanges, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of item(s) for an EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY following the steps outlined below;

Due to hygiene regulations we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our knickers and bottoms.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in acceptable condition.
Returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories. No refund or exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
We DO NOT accept refunds unless the item is faulty. In the event of a faulty item we will ensure that the item is sent back to us, fixed & then returned back to you.
Return postage cost is covered by us within the thirty (30) day period.
For any Returns and Alterations needed after thirty (30) days, the buyer is to cover all postage fees.
We do not accept refunds due to the pieces we make being bespoke, made to your size.
If your item(s) do not fit how you would like, we will ensure that the item is sent back to us, fixed & then returned back to you. Return postage cost is covered.
